New Energy "Four Capabilities" Gateway
Product Overview

The new energy "Four Capabilities" intelligent gateway is a novel smart edge gateway developed to meet the requirements of distributed energy being "observable, measurable, adjustable, and controllable" in the new power system. It is primarily used to connect distributed energy equipment with the grid system, enabling functions such as data acquisition, processing, remote control, and remote adjustment for distributed photovoltaic, energy storage, and other new energy equipment. This enhances the grid's capacity and regulation capability for new energy integration, achieving low-maintenance or maintenance-free grid connection for low-voltage distributed photovoltaic systems, plug-and-play functionality, and reduced grid connection costs.

Functional Features
  • Data Storage and Alarm
It has local data storage capability, saving detection data, alarm records, and configuration files for a certain period, facilitating fault tracing and data analysis. When an abnormal condition is detected, it can immediately trigger the alarm mechanism and notify operation and maintenance personnel via SMS or email to ensure timely fault handling.
  • Local Command Execution
During network instability or disconnection, it can execute local control strategies based on preset rules to ensure the stable operation of the renewable energy system, such as automatically adjusting the operation mode of distributed energy equipment and switching to backup power sources.
  • Smart Regulation and Control
It receives grid dispatch commands to remotely regulate and control distributed energy equipment, such as adjusting the active/reactive power of PV inverters and controlling the charging/discharging of energy storage devices, achieving precise regulation of renewable energy output to ensure grid safety and stable operation while improving renewable energy accommodation capacity.
  • Remote Data Transmission
Equipped with built-in 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and other communication modules, it can upload processed data to the grid's IoT platform or remote monitoring center via secure network channels, supporting remote monitoring and management of large-scale distributed renewable energy systems and enabling operation and maintenance personnel to grasp equipment operation status in real time.
  • Data Acquisition and Processing
It can collect real-time operation data of distributed energy equipment, such as electrical parameters including current, voltage, and power, as well as environmental parameters including temperature and humidity. Meanwhile, advanced algorithms are used to clean and integrate raw data to ensure data accuracy and real-time performance, providing a reliable basis for subsequent analysis and control.
